Returns & Exchanges

At Bolinder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
